The Seller's Advantage staging team is led by Celeste Williams, Accredited Staging Professional/Redesigner. She received Delaware's first ASP designation more than six years ago, when she founded Seller's Advantage. Prior to that, she assisted a successful area Realtor, which led to familiarity with the area market. This knowledge and training, coupled with natural creativity and organizational skills, gives Celeste a "buyer's eye." Celeste was a founding member and the first president of the Delaware Chapter of Home Staging Professionals and she has been featured in several area newspaper and magazine articles and on area radio stations. Recently, she was selected by CORT Furniture Rental, a Berkshire Hathaway company, as a Partner in their Home Staging Network, serving the Delaware, Cecil County, MD, and Chester County/Philadelphia suburban areas. She is also the current President of the Downtown Wilmington BNI.
The Seller's Advantage pre-listing home services team is led by Richard S. Williams, VP, RCW Renovations, Inc., a licensed residential contractor. Richard completes and/or coordinates repair or upgrade services that may be needed by our clients. RCW Renovations has assembled an array of reliable, responsible trade contractors who can perform virtually any type of repair or upgrade.

Keeping it in the family, our newest team member is Kristen Williams. Kristen holds a 2006 Business Management degree from SDSU and also did post-graduate work in architecture and design at the San Francisco College of Art and Design. Kristen assists with both staging and marketing projects.
