Before recommending a specific service, we will ask you and/or the listing REALTOR a number of questions that will determine what will work best for a specific property and what the associated fees will be. A complimentary site visit is often necessary for quotes so that we can arrive at the best solutions/pricing for a property.

Staging Consultations
We offer several consulation options, from walkthrough site visits to detailed written reports. ($125/up).
Hands-on Staging (occupied properties)
Every house is different. Typically, the investment in staging will be $500-$750 (repairs/upgrades extra). A complimentary site visit is conducted to determine your needs. Written quote provided.
Repairs/Upgrades
Cost: Time and materials; complimentary quote provided.
