Before recommending a specific service, we will ask you and/or the listing REALTOR a number of questions that will determine what will work best for a specific property and what the associated fees will be.

A complimentary site visit is usually necessary for hands-on service quotes so that we can arrive at appropriate solutions/pricing for a property.

        Cost: Every house has different needs. Typically, however, the investment in staging (including minor decluttering and reorganizing) is between $500-$1500 (not including repairs/upgrades). A complimentary site visit determines needs/costs.
