You may not be selling your home, but you may want to give it an affordable refresh! Possibly the home you recently purchased is in need of changes to suit your needs and lifestyle. Many of the pre-sale services we provide to sellers are just as useful to owners. They include:

State-of-the-Home Report: Has it been a while since you compiled that household "to do" list? Have you gotten used to squeaky doors, creaky steps, dingy paint, broken switches, and overgrown shrubbery? When we've LIVED in our homes for a period of time, we tend to overlook the small fixes that affect the overall value of a home. Often - and rightfully so! - we are too busy living life to take care of these things and unfortunately they don't fix themselves.

That's where we can help! Similar to our long-form pre-sale consultation, two of our team members will visit your home and assess minor repair/cosmetic issues in every area of the property, interior and exterior, and then provide a comprehensive written report. The report is rendered in an easy-to-follow format and highlights the fixes we can help you with and those which may require the attention of another service provider. Used as a master to-do list, you will be able to give your home a "refresh!"
Consultations start at $175.

Custom Storage Solutions: Yes, many of us have too much stuff! Simplify by investing in custom storage and free up valuable space in your home. Closets, mudrooms, garages, basements, offices…there are choices available in every price range.

Hard Surface Floor and Wall (sales/installation/repairs): We bring the same attention to detail and craftsmanship to our hard surface products for floors, walls and backsplashes. We design and install ceramic, porcelein, glass, metal and natural stone tiles, hardwood, laminates, and vinyl planking.

No obligation measures and quote(s) provided free of charge for your carpeting and hard surface projects.

Redesign: We work primarily with your current furniture and furnishings to give a room or an entire house a fresh, new look. Relocating and/or repurposing furniture and accessories, adding a few new touches, making simple repairs or upgrades - all done with our experienced, creative eye - will breathe new life into a tired space.

$60/hour; 6 and 12 hour blocks of time may be purchased for $330 and $660, respectively.

Move-in Services:  Just moved and overwhelmed with the transition? We can help! Some of our most popular move-in services include: arranging furniture to make the best use of space; hanging pictures; hooking up electronic equipment (no home theaters); color advice; unpacking and placing kitchen items; unpacking books and arranging them on shelves…and much more, including all of the services listed above. Make your move easier on yourself and call us to help!

Fees are $50/hour (two team members), with a two hour minimum.

Space Optimization: You probably have more room than you think! You've uncluttered and yet you still don't have enough space. Often, the problem is a lack of organization. We will reorganize your drawers/cabinets/and other storage areas to make the best use of your available space. Enjoy the freedom of being truly organized! (Note: this is not a clean-out sevice.)
